Six weeks. Two sessions per week. Each session has 75 minutes of volleyball and 45 minutes of Speed, Power and Agility training. SVBC-West Bend meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at St. Francis Cabrini Catholic School starting on June 23 and ending on July 30. Sessions are from 1:15 PM to 3:15 PM. There will be 1 of the sessions that is the outdoor /water day at Regner Park. NOTE: Only the Registration Fee is paid online. The remaining $450 is due within 7 days of Registration.
